Ordered at 5pm, delivered at 7.30pm ... cold, expensive food .... NEVER AGAIN !!!!

Customer for years, was always satisfied with Alfredo, but today everything was exceeded - disappointment was very big - we noticed that it was getting worse from week to week - I won't order anything there

Always satisfied, actually. But today we ordered 6.45 p.m. and now we still haven't got any food at 9.13 p.m. Never again. ADDENDUM: food came on 08/22. Of course something was missing, in my opinion it was overcharged. Food not cooked properly. Chicken wings are not done. One sauce overcharged is not on it. And another 2 euros to travel to. So please keep your hands off it.

Waiting times too long. You pay with PayPal and get a confirmation and then after 2 hours it says that no order has been received. It's not the first time

Waited almost 2 hours although you didn't order much. Pizza's were rock hard! The food was cold. We never order again. Then charge the full price even though there was a waiting time of 45 minutes. 42 euros for 2 pizza's 1 salad 2 pizzas for 32 € 1 salad for 8 € And arrival was cheap for 2 € Never again so honestly it is not about the money I am about the bad food we wanted to order noodles but says he has the noodles not there today well other noodles he had no pasta dishes there The crowning glory was a mulled wine for € 0.99 The 1 star is still too good for this food, service!

A very bad pizzeria, we always order in the branch and then take it home with us. We won't do that anymore. We look for another pizzeria. Because we have now found 4 times in a row at home that something completely wrong was prepared in at least one of the ordered meals. When we called the branch about this to complain, we were told to come with the wrong food and we would get the right one. This is a very bad customer service for me when I have to go back to eat to fix their mistake with my car petrol.

For many years my favorite pizza and casserole. Whether in Bitterfeld or Wolfen. Waiting times are usually lower than indicated. Drivers are always very friendly
